Explorer Time Company is a self-supporting, nonprofit childcare program administered by the Woodford Co. Community Education Center and the Woodford Co. Board of Education. It has four programs, which are housed at each of the four elementary schools in Woodford Co.  They are Huntertown, Northside (Midway), Simmons and Southside.

Our Program is designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and creative needs of each child.  Because there is a wide range of development, interest, and abilities among all children attending ETC, we attempt to provide experience reflecting and fulfilling these different needs, while respecting the child's right to be a child.  We view ourselves as an extension of the family, and we will work with both parent and child to make this experience loving, learning, fun and secure.  Children who learn through fun and are taught with love and understanding will love to learn.
